Responsibilities

• General Labor work tasks include but are not limited to:

• Pressure washing

• Caulking
• Finishing
• Paint/foam application
• Rigging and transport of materials by crane
• Proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Move, stack, and store materials in designated areas.
• Conduct site clean-up and waste disposal activities.
• Report any injuries or safety hazards to a supervisor promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a general labor role is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language in order to follow written production schedule
• Must be able to lift, bend, push and pull up to 50lbs for up to 10 hours a day.
• Must be able to climb 4-5 feet off the ground frequently.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the work site.
• Must be able to walk and stand on concrete floor throughout 10-hour workday.
