Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Project Manager/Field Engineer/Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various portions of projects including data entry updates, technical submittals, project closeout submittals, monitoring subcontractor quantities, invoicing monthly and other project items as needed by the local Project Manager. This role requires an understanding of construction and and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
Duties
- Assist the existing Project Manager with on going projects and contracts.
- Manage multiple portions of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Establish, maintain and update spreadsheets tracking scopes of work, completed work and quantities for monthly invoicing.
- Prepare scopes of work and provide details to subcontractors for work completion.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and promote collaboration.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
- Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization regarding project status and outcomes.
- Complete change orders, as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management with an understanding of project planning and coordination.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe/Nitro and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A background in construction is a benefit, but not required.
- Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are preferred but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving results.

Pay: $60, $90,000.00 per year
