What You'll Do:

• Develop, communicate, and implement global procurement and sourcing strategies for assigned categories to optimize total value of ownership and meet cost reduction, productivity, and NPD goals.
• Identify and build long-term partnerships with suppliers to enhance product, supply chain, and technological capabilities.
• Negotiate contracts, including pricing, terms, and lead times, to maximize value.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence data, including commodity trends, cost drivers, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development (NPD) and ensure timely sourcing activities for project success.
• Lead supplier onboarding and participate in Supplier Scorecard Reviews.
• Support inventory optimization and material flow in partnership with Planning.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
• Act as sourcing liaison for new product launches and manage sourcing activities to meet cost and timeline goals.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 3 years in sourcing.
• Proven ability to identify, qualify, and develop global supplier partnerships.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with cost modeling, make vs. buy analysis, and market intelligence tools.
• Electronic component sourcing is preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to travel approximately 10–15% (domestic and international).
