PRN Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Spanish Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, whether they are seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring hospice care. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized care and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
• Help with mobility and physical exercises to maintain physical health.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Experience in home care, senior care, hospice care, or direct support is preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care practices and patient care techniques.
• Familiarity with assisted living environments is a plus.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities and understand their unique needs.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for this role.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
