Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Information Technology Field Technician based in Bronx, NY. The technician will perform day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining and repairing desktop computers, and offering printer support. Additional responsibilities include managing computer networks, implementing technical solutions, and delivering exceptional on-site assistance that aligns with client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting for IT systems
• Proficiency in Desktop Computers, including their maintenance and optimization
• Ability to perform Printer Support and Computer Repair tasks
• Knowledge of networking systems and computer network troubleshooting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing interactions
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and AI-based IT solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) are advantageous
