Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in various financial software applications.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general accounting tasks such as balance sheet reconciliation and accounts receivable
- Manage and maintain financial records and documentation
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Support corporate accounting functions including general ledger accounting
- Prepare financial reports under the guidance of senior staff
Qualifications
- Proficiency in GAAP principles and financial report writing
- Previous experience in accounting or related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
