Manager, Deployment Team - Accounting Solutions
Our client, a rapidly growing AI-native ERP software company, is seeking a Manager to lead its Deployment Team focused on Accounting Solutions.

Location:
The position is hybrid, based in either San Francisco or New York City, with flexibility for 2-3 days in the office.

Job Description:
This role is ideal for professionals with strong ERP implementation experience who want to combine project management, client engagement, and leadership in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Oversee client implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring timely and successful onboarding
• Develop and optimize implementation processes, workflows, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) and client stakeholders to define and execute project plans
• Oversee data migration, reconciliation of large data sets, and integration with external systems
• Identify risks or roadblocks early and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing a team in ERP or accounting software implementations
• 7-10 years of experience with ERP or accounting software implementation (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle)
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
• Thrive in fast-paced, startup environments with a focus on process improvement
