Your Impact

• Support daily technology operations that keep systems running smoothly and securely.
• Assist with monitoring system performance and spotting issues before they affect users.
• Contribute to equipment deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle refreshes across infrastructure.
• Play a part in projects that strengthen network stability, security readiness, and user experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with day to day administration of servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments.
• Supporting setup, configuration, and deployment of hardware, software, and network devices.
• Helping monitor system performance, network health, and security alerts.
• Participating in system upgrades, patching cycles, equipment refreshes, and documentation updates.
• Troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating when necessary.
• Maintaining asset inventory and hardware lifecycle documentation.
• Supporting projects involving end-user assistance, network support, and security hardening.
• Researching tools, best practices, and emerging technologies.

What You'll Bring

• Enrollment in a college or university program related to IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering.
• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and computer hardware.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Clear communication, strong organization, and professional conduct.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Optional familiarity with Windows or Linux servers, Azure, Active Directory, or IT ticketing systems.
