Role Description:

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Manager at Colonial Life located in Bloomington, MN. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, driving business growth, managing, training and developing agency representatives, and building and maintaining client relationships

Responsibilities
:

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets
  • Negotiate and close agreements with clients
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Utilize our software to track sales activities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
  • Recruiting and training sales reps to support you
  • Support and coach your team to achieve weekly activity goals
