Catering Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to oversee all aspects of catering operations within our food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering management, team leadership and menus. This role involves coordinating catering events, managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Catering Manager will play a key role in maintaining high-quality food production and service standards across various catering functions, including banquets, corporate events, and special occasions.

Duties

• Respond to inquiries for delivery, delivery and set-up, full service events via email and phone calls.
• Create proposals for full service events, edit as necessary based on client requests, eventually go to contract.
• Visit new venues to introduce, form relationships, and document what is provided for events and update.
• Provide support being on site for a first event at a new venue.
• Provide management team with a weekly email, attach BEO's, detail dates and times for events.
• Distribute BEO's to the BBQ pit team as well as catering cooks.
• Send out deposit
