"We work in an area that is never seen by our patients. However, the impact we have in our patient care is immeasurable.  Without clean and sterilized surgical tools, the surgeons would not be able to save our patient's lives. I enjoy the great diversity of our team and being a part of the growth and development of each staff member.  It is rewarding to see new staff, with no prior experience or knowledge of the department, join us and grow into an experienced and knowledgeable employee or a leader within the unit."   Vanessa – SPD Manager
