Job Title : Share Point Architect

Work Location : Houston, TX (Onsite – Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient SharePoint Architect to lead our customer engagements around SharePoint governance data security and Microsoft Copilot adoption This role will serve as a trusted advisor helping clients design scalable secure and user centric SharePoint environments while aligning with modern Ai driven productivity tools

Key Responsibilities

Governance Strategy

• Develop and implement SharePoint governance frameworks tailored to customer needs
• Define policies for site provisioning content lifecycle metadata management and user roles
• Establish governance models that support compliance and operational efficiency

Data Security Compliance

• Advise on SharePoint security architecture including access controls data classification and encryption
• Ensure alignment with regulatory standards eg GDPR HIPAA ISO 27001
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies

Copilot Adoption Enablement

• Guide customers on integrating Microsoft Copilot into SharePoint and Microsoft 365 workflows
• Identify use cases for Ai driven productivity and automation
• Support change management and user training for Copilot adoption

Architecture Design

• Design scalable SharePoint Online and hybrid architectures
• Lead migration strategies from legacy systems to modern SharePoint platforms
• Integrate SharePoint with Power Platform Teams and other Microsoft 365 services

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Conduct workshops assessments and roadmap planning sessions
• Provide thought leadership and best practices in SharePoint and Microsoft 365

Qualifications Required

• 7 years of experience in SharePoint architecture and administration
• Deep understanding of SharePoint Online Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
• Proven experience in governance and security planning
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI integration in enterprise environments

Preferred

• Microsoft certifications eg MS600 SC300 or equivalent
• Experience with Power Platform Microsoft Purview and compliance tools
• Background in enterprise consulting or customer advisory roles

• Ability to influence and lead crossfunctional teams
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
