We're a growing natural/organic food company with two brands people already love—and a huge opportunity to make them iconic. One brand lives in everyday, feel-good food. The other plays in functional protein and performance. Both are clean, intentional, and nationally distributed across natural, conventional, specialty retail, and e-commerce.
We're here to build brands that don't just sit on shelves—they show up in culture.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a
Director of Marketing
who's equal parts
creative leader, storyteller, and doer
. Someone who knows how to build brand love, spark fandom, and translate big ideas into real commercial impact.
This role has real ownership, real influence, and real room to create. You'll shape how our brands look, sound, and feel everywhere—from Meta and TikTok to trade shows to retail shelves.

What You'll Do
Own the Brand (All of It)
- Be the steward of brand voice, positioning, personality, and creative direction across both brands
- Define how each brand shows up verbally and culturally
- Make sure everything we put into the world
feels intentional, cohesive, and unmistakably us
Build Fan Culture
- Create emotional connections that turn customers into fans (and fans into evangelists)
- Lead our agency to develop campaigns and content people want to follow, share, and talk about
- Push beyond "good marketing" into
culture-building moments
Lead Social, Digital & Community
- Own social strategy with a strong emphasis on Meta, UGC, creators, TikTok, etc.
- Write email campaigns designed to drive the brands home
- Drive viral concepts, test-and-learn ideas, and community-forward programs
- Oversee execution while staying close enough to jump in when inspiration hits
Drive Brand Awareness Across Retail and to Retailers
- Increase brand recognition
across all classes of trade—natural, conventional, specialty - Partner closely with the sales team on
national retail launches and go-to-market plans - Create retail marketing that actually helps sell (and still feels cool)
- Lead creative and execution for trade shows, industry expos, and consumer-facing pop-ups while making sure booths feel on-brand
Lead Agencies & Collaborators
- Manage and direct external agencies (social, PR, etc.)
- Set the vision, give great feedback, and keep work moving forward
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, innovation, and leadership
Who You Are
- A

- Comfortable setting strategy

getting your hands dirty - Energized by experimentation, fast feedback loops, and trying new things
- Confident leading partners, but never precious about ideas
- Someone who thrives in growth-mode environments
What You Bring
- 7+ years of marketing experience (CPG, food, wellness, or natural/organic preferred)
- Proven experience building and scaling brands across digital, social, and retail
- Experience supporting retail sales teams and national rollouts
- Agency management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
