Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Materials Expeditor located in Milwaukee, WI. The Materials Expeditor will be responsible for coordinating the procurement and timely delivery of materials, tracking and managing purchase orders, ensuring efficient materials management, and maintaining clear communication with vendors, project managers, and team members to avoid delays and support smooth project execution. In addition this individual will work to setup project starts which includes fabricating metal flashing on a trim coil sheet metal brake, unloading and staging on jobsites pallets of material as we begin to prepare for project starts in both the Milwaukee and Madison markets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in expediting and materials management to ensure timely delivery and efficient resource allocation
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Proficient bending sheet metal and operating a telehandler
• A background in James Hardie and LP siding materials
• Strong understanding of purchase orders and related processes
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with vendors, team members, and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills to address supply chain or logistics challenges
• Previous experience in Siding operations and larger scale commercial jobsites
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Milwaukee and Madison, WI
