Join LifeBridge Health as an HRIS Analyst or Senior HRIS Analyst and become a pivotal force in optimizing our HR systems You'll be instrumental in ensuring data integrity, enhancing system functionality, and driving complex HRIS projects to completion, leveraging your expertise to streamline processes and empower our HR teams.

The Role

• Act as a subject-matter expert for all HRIS system users, troubleshooting issues and educating on system processes.

• Ensure data integrity by maintaining structural data, auditing for errors, and recommending system improvements.

• Lead complex projects to implement new HRIS functionality and integrate with ancillary systems.

• Conduct comprehensive testing of system upgrades, patches, and new features to ensure seamless operation.

• Document HRIS system processes and procedures, and provide guidance to other HRIS team members.

What You'll Need

• Extensive HRIS experience: 7+ years for Senior HRIS Analyst, 3-5 years for HRIS Analyst.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or 15 years HRIS Analyst experience with 2 years of college).

• Proven experience in HRIS system configuration, data analysis, and project management.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Expertise in ensuring data integrity and optimizing HR system functionality.
