**Overview:** Join our team as a Host/Host and be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant restaurant environment. **Duties:** - Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly - Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently - Provide guests with menus and ensure they are attended to promptly - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand area - Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest service **Experience:** - Prior experience in customer service or guest relations preferred - Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Knowledge of restaurant operations and food service procedures - Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace - Proficiency in phone etiquette and reservation management systems, such as Aloha POS If you enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting, we welcome you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Host/Host.
