What We Need

As an Outside Salesperson, you will be responsible for cultivating and growing our culture of passion. You will be making calls and inquiries to new customers and existing customers, marketing to existing customers and calling on high potential customers. Our customers include contractors, large retailers, institutions, government and small, medium and large businesses of all kinds. You will be visiting construction sites and businesses to help cultivate a portfolio of business.

What You Provide

• Helping prospects and customers as if they were one of your parents. Sometimes that means recommending them to another company
• Effective listening, questioning, follow-up and asking for the order
• Tracking all customer communication in CRM system
• Finding new customers and expanding business with existing clients
• Visiting customers and prospects in the field, cold calling to job sites and office visits
• Be a strong team player for all others at the branch, which also includes scheduling deliveries, helping other salespeople and helping with customer service calls

What You Need

• 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence the sale
• Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail
• Intermediate knowledge in MS Word and CRM systems
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Valid Driver's License
• The desire and drive to be successful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75, $110,000.00 per year
