Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled
Data Analyst
to join our team on a
contract-to-hire
basis. This is a
fully remote role
, open to candidates located within the United States. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with data visualization and programming, and a passion for using data to drive business insights, including leveraging
AI and Machine Learning
techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using
  Power BI
• Write and optimize complex queries using
  SQL
  to extract and manipulate data
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis using
  Python
  ,
  NumPy
  , and
  Pandas
• Apply
  AI and Machine Learning
  techniques to support predictive analytics and advanced data modeling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Validate data accuracy and ensure data integrity across multiple sources
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support ongoing improvements to data processes, analytics workflows, and reporting standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a
  Data Analyst
  or in a similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in
  Power BI
  for data visualization and reporting
• Advanced
  SQL
  skills for querying and data manipulation
• Hands-on experience with
  Python
  , including
  NumPy
  and
  Pandas
• Working knowledge of
  AI and Machine Learning
  concepts and applications
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a contract-to-hire or consulting environment
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms or data warehouses
• Exposure to automated data pipelines or ETL processes
