Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice. This role provides comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan—from pediatrics to geriatrics—while incorporating functional, integrative, and regenerative medicine approaches.

The ideal candidate is health-conscious, grounded, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a collaborative, intimate clinic setting where meaningful patient relationships are at the core of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages
• Develop individualized, wellness-focused care plans
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Educate and empower patients in preventative and lifestyle-based medicine
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Uphold Aspire Wellness standards for patient-centered, ethical, and evidence-informed care

Required Qualifications

• Active Idaho Family Nurse Practitioner license
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• DEA License Idaho
• Idaho Controlled Substance Registration
• BLS certification (current)
• Ability to work in person in Idaho
• Comfort caring for patients across the lifespan (pediatrics through elderly)

Preferred Experience & Interests

• Experience or strong interest in functional and integrative medicine
• Willingness to learn and pursue certifications in:
• Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
• IV nutrient therapies
• Ozone therapy
• Peptide therapy
• Interest in regenerative and preventative medicine approaches

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 annually, depending on part vs full-time, experience and clinical schedule. Ability to earn additional income from membership fees and wellness product sales
