About the Role
As an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative
, you are the front line and voice of ZZ Day / Med Spa. You'll handle inbound inquiries and outbound outreach through phone, SMS, email, web chat, and DMs, guiding guests toward the right services—whether it's a relaxing massage or a high-ticket aesthetic consultation.
This role has a strong sales component. You will be responsible for converting interest into booked appointments, and there will be additional commissions for successful conversion of customers.
Requirement
: Availability from 11am-8pm: 5 days a week
Compensation
: $20/hour + additional commission bonuses.
Base + Commissions OTE could be $70,000+
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls, texts, DMs, and emails with a friendly, polished tone
- Understand client goals and recommend appropriate services (Day Spa: massage, facial, skincare, nails, wellness | Med Spa: skin tightening, injectables, lasers)
- Book and confirm appointments for both spas
- Generate new appointments from customer lists and calling inbound leads
- Follow-up discipline - stay organized on follow-ups and individual customers' needs
- Send confirmations, prep tips, Zoom links, and day-before/day-of nudges
- Log everything: Keep immaculate CRM notes, next actions, and status
- Uphold brand voice: Warm, professional, confidential—consistent with a premium Manhattan med spa.
You'll Thrive Here If You Have
- 2+ years in call center, appointment setting, customer service, inside sales, or hospitality
- High EQ
: you can calm nerves, build trust fast, and mirror the client's tone. - Process mindset
: you follow scripts, test improvements, and keep tidy records. - Tech comfort
: CRM, dialer, texting platforms, Zoom, calendars. - Schedule flexibility
: some evenings/weekends to match client demand.
Compensation & Schedule
- Performance pay (per qualified show, per deposit; additional bonuses for target attainment)
