Job DescriptionAs a Territory Manager for our Moen brand, you will enjoy working with an established book of business customers to attain financial sales goals through maintaining and growing relationships with wholesalers, dealers, and construction professionals.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in outside sales, be extremely autonomous, and able to travel overnight approximately 2-4 nights a quarter. You will have a background of growing and maintaining relationships through high-touch communications and knowledge sharing.
This remote position is based in Eastbay and Central Valley of Northern California. We will provide a company car, laptop, and cell phone and the salary range is anywhere from a base of $85-100K with a bonus opportunity based on your territory performance.
What you will be doing:
- Under the direction and supervision of the Regional Manager, sells, services and gains a complete understanding of wholesalers, new work plumbing contractors, repair and remodel contractors, kitchen and bath dealers, architects, engineers and home builders
- Presents and implements merchandising, marketing and promotional programs for accounts that provide quality solutions to customer needs within assigned area
