Product Fulfillment Technician

Job Summary:

The Kanberra Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Fulfillment Technician to join our production team. This position is responsible for manufacturing and packaging a variety of tea tree oil-based products using specialized equipment, including laser-cutting machines, filling, labeling, and sealing systems. The Product Fulfillment Technician will ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality production while maintaining cleanliness, minimizing waste, and meeting daily quotas. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Manufacturing:

Operate various production equipment (laser cutters, fillers, labelers, sealers) to produce tea tree oil-based products according to specifications.

• Packaging & Fulfillment:

Box, seal, and prepare products for shipment with attention to accuracy, quality, and timeliness.

• Equipment Setup & Maintenance:

Set up and change over equipment between product runs. Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed.

• Quality Control:

Monitor production line to ensure products meet quality standards. Make on-the-fly adjustments to maintain quality and minimize waste.

• Cleanliness & Safety:

Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure equipment is cleaned regularly and workplace safety protocols are followed.

• Production Quotas:

Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly production goals and timelines.

• Backup Responsibilities:

Assist with shipping and receiving using various shipping software platforms. Provide backup support to other departments as needed.

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
