Dock Driver

Job Schedule: Fri - Sun, 6:00am - 6:30pm

Job Pay: $18.50/hour

Job Description:

We're looking for a dock driver to operate an electric-powered forklift to safely move, lift, stack, or transport products, equipment, and materials. The dock driver is also responsible for completing load sheets by recording the date, carrier, and trailer, and signing off to ensure all products are loaded accurately.

Responsibilities Include:   

• Move levers and pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus. 
• Position forks, lifting platforms, or other lifting device under, over or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products or materials and transports load to designated area.  
• Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device. 
• Load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting devices. 
• Change battery occasionally. 

Ideal candidate will have:  

• High school diploma or general education degree 
• One to three months related experience and/or training 
• Forklift certification
