Estimator/Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive construction estimates by analyzing project plans, specifications, customer input and site conditions .
• Collaborate with property managers, designers, project managers, and clients to develop accurate cost projections and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Engage with our clients through negotiation to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contract agreements.
• Review and interpret construction documents, ensuring all estimates align with contractual obligations and project scope.
• Utilize construction estimating techniques to evaluate labor, materials, equipment costs, and project timelines for accurate budgeting.
• Occasionally meet with customers face to face to gather input needed for accurate estimating

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating, with proficiency in estimating sheet goods for construction of elevator interior finishes
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and contract administration.
• Confidence in effectively communicating value propositions and securing competitive pricing.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contractual documents accurately.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and build lasting client relationships.
