Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and secure packages using manual handling techniques,
• Deliver packages along designated routes efficiently while providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Verify delivery details, obtain signatures when required, and handle any delivery discrepancies professionally

• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection records throughout your shift
• Communicate proactively with dispatchers regarding route updates, delays, or issues encountered during deliveries

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries politely and professionally
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks involving moving packages
