Senior Estimator

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator / Project Manager to join our construction team. This pivotal role combines expertise in construction estimating with project management responsibilities, ensuring the successful planning, bidding, and execution of complex construction projects. Responsibilities

• Lead the development of accurate and comprehensive construction estimates using tools such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to negotiate contracts and scope of work.
• Manage all phases of project lifecycle from initial bidding through completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
• Oversee cost control measures, monitor project budgets, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
• Coordinate with construction site teams to ensure project plans are executed efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify potential risks or issues early in the process.
• Prepare detailed proposals, bid packages, and pricing strategies aligned with client requirements.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience

• Extensive experience in construction estimating with proficiency in Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other estimating software.
• Proven track record in construction management, including project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong negotiation skills for contracts and scope agreements with clients and subcontractors.
• Hands-on construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with field operations and safety practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Background in contracts management, project management methodologies, and construction site coordination is highly desirable. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of leading complex projects from estimation through completion while fostering collaboration across teams.

Pay: $69, $87,717.20 per year
