Looking for a Hazmat Endorsed CDL Driver for Louisville, KY/Jeffersonville, IN area. Need someone with experience driving roll off trucks and semi tractors. Please apply if you have good communication skills and a pleasant disposition to represent the company .

MUST HAVE TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE DRIVING SEMI TRUCK.

Position requires one-two overnights per month for out-of-state routes.

Requirements

Position Qualifications:

● Clean MVR record required

● Strong Customer service skills a plus

● Applicant must pass a pre-employment drug screening, and background check including

employment history and driving record along with criminal background check

Physical Requirements:

● Ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle and box truck

● Ability to perform frequent lifting of 20 to 50 pounds and occasional lifting up to 80

pounds from ALL lift positions.

● Ability to frequently push/pull truck service ramp (approx. 125 lbs.) in and out of ramp

carriage.

Minimum Qualifications

Must have clean record

Must be TWENTY-ONE years of age

Hazmat Endorsed REQUIRED

Must pass the Drug Test

Must pass the Background Check

Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable

Education and Experience

May require certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive a CDL truck, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Transport goods to designated locations, loading and unloading cargo as required.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
• Utilize various types of trailers, including refrigerated and flatbed, as needed for specific deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and addressing any concerns.
