Job Description:
Assists in the close-out and commissioning of the building, including OEM, staff training, as-built drawings, warranty escrow, and compliance with all contractual requirements of contractors and architects. Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Office of Design and Construction. Other duties as assigned. Coordinates pre-construction activities with contractors, project managers, design consultants, and other professionals. Reviews existing conditions, schedules, budgets, and cost management during the contracting phase. Accurately coordinates multiple projects simultaneously. Monitors the work of contractors and subcontractors on multiple jobs. Visits job sites frequently throughout the project life cycle. Coordinates Owner, Architect, and Contractor (OAC) meetings to ensure sufficient information flow between OAC and clinical/operations staff. Maintains accurate, organized, and complete project files. Ensures all documents required for internal, local, state, and federal regulatory compliance are prepared and maintained. Prepares materials for internal and external audits. Maintains internal approval communications tools, project budget tracking forms, and other related documents throughout the project life cycle. Reads and interprets drawings and specifications. Interfaces with contractors and hospital staff to accomplish work following departmental policy on utility interruptions, traffic control, and safety, including infection control and changes to the original plan during construction. Assists in the transmittal, documentation, and retention of plans, contracts, construction change directives, and other related communications with hospital personnel, contractors, and architects.

Bachelor'sArchitecture License - Florida (ARCH) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Certified Project Manager (CertPMP) - Accredited Issuing Body, General Contractor License (GENCON) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range:
$66, $123,073.07
