You clock in before midnight and keep our power and control systems humming until sunrise. One moment you're interpreting a schematic to commission a VFD; the next, you're diagnosing a substation breaker trip, documenting findings for root-cause analysis, and updating the team. Safety and craftsmanship guide every move.

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial power distribution and controls, including motors, motor starters, MCCs, and variable-speed drives.
• Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues—resolving problems quickly to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret manuals, diagrams, sketches, engineering specs, and work orders to execute maintenance and service.
• Inspect and maintain low- and medium-voltage breakers; service motor control centers and substation equipment.
• Apply local, state, and national electrical codes; follow established safety procedures and plant policies.
• Contribute to RCA and Safety Improvement Teams; complete preventive maintenance and document reliability actions.
• Attend company-sponsored training and actively build your skills; complete tasks associated with lower maintenance levels.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally; collaborate across shifts.

Monday–Friday, 11:00 pm–7:00 am (Req. # )

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree, completion of an apprenticeship, or journeyman-level experience.
• Hands-on background in low/medium-voltage breaker maintenance.
• Working knowledge of motor control circuits and industrial electrical systems.
• Computer literacy and comfort using company applications.
• Own the tools appropriate for your skill level.
• Flexibility to support holidays, outages, call-ins, and other assignments.

• Build equipment reliability through preventive maintenance on machinery and systems.
• Use precision hand tools and measuring instruments to verify part dimensions.
• Assemble, install, adjust, and calibrate mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Dismantle, repair, rebuild, and replace equipment and parts as needed.
• Participate in safety, housekeeping, Operational Excellence, and Lean initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Commercial/industrial electrical installation and repair
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Conduit bending and pulling (including EMT)
• Pneumatics troubleshooting
• General maintenance and repair
• Industrial electrical experience

Hourly pay: $25–$35, with potential eligibility for a short‑term incentive.
