HVAC Accountant

The HVAC Accountant / Office Manager will manage all aspects of the company's finances, payroll, and accounting operations. This role is critical for ensuring financial compliance, accuracy, and efficiency, supporting all departments including inventory, payroll, and field operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Process weekly payroll for all employees by Saturday
• Track invoices and ensure all payments are made; monitor accounts receivable and follow up on unpaid invoices (Dispatch handles invoice creation)
• Handle all payments for inventory orders and log them accurately
• Coordinate approval process for loans and lines of credit
• Oversee cash flow and financial investments
• Analyze financial information to assess current and future financial status
• Review costs and budget planning for optimal allocation of resources
• Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll taxes
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations
• Serve as the go-to person for company-wide financial questions
