Production Supervisor

• Location:
  South Windsor, CT
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a production supervisor role, preferably in a mail or manufacturing environment

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and delegate tasks across production lines.
• Ensure accurate training (technical, safety, and quality) for all associates.
• Track and prioritize critical jobs, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Oversee material distribution and ensure proper inventory management.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing performance feedback and growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a production supervisor role, preferably in a mail or manufacturing environment.
• Skills: Leadership, training, and team management.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with production equipment (Bindery, Insertion, Postal sort) and workflow optimization.
• Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Shift: Must be available to work 2nd shift (4 PM to 12 AM) and work onsite.
