About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Application Analyst
to support clinical applications, with a primary focus on
Epic Cupid
and
Radiant
. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals with hands-on implementation and support experience who can provide expert guidance to clinical users and optimize workflows across cardiology and related service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and implement clinical application systems.
• Provide end-user support through deep understanding of clinical processes, documentation requirements, and workflows.
• Collaborate with clinicians to create or adapt protocols and documentation.
• Prepare detailed specifications including clinical process mapping, information flow, risk, and impact analysis.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support applications during training, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing use.
• Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Analyze new software releases to determine workflow modifications.
• Configure and populate databases and tables during system setup.
• Document internal procedures and establish change control processes.
• Act as primary support contact and technical expert for assigned applications.

Requirements

• Epic
  Cupid
  and
  Radiant
  certifications
  required
  .
• Prior experience as a clinical application analyst.
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and hospital operations, preferably in cardiology.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Teaching hospital experience preferred.
