RiteChoice Pharmacy is a fast-growing independent 340B pharmacy that partners with community health centers and providers across the Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide fast, friendly, and affordable services to the communities we serve.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized pharmacy technician who can make our patients feel at home within our pharmacy. Familiarity with the 340B program is a plus, but we will teach you everything you need to know to be successful. Job Duties:

· Prepare medication for patients

· Receiving and verifying prescriptions

· Process prescriptions using computer software

· Helping health care providers and patients by greeting them in person and by phone, answering questions and requests, and referring inquiries to the pharmacist.

· Maintaining pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed medications and supplies, placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt, and removing outdated drugs.

· Maintaining a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

· Organizing medications for pharmacist to dispense by reading medication orders and prescriptions, preparing labels, and calculating quantities.

· Maintaining records by recording and filing physicians' orders and prescriptions.
