Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Dispose of trash and replace liners regularly
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Adhere to established cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift light to moderate loads
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
• Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
