Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a focus on Intake and HR Coordination to support our growing operations. This role is essential to ensuring smooth client onboarding, caregiver hiring processes, and daily administrative functions.

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling sensitive information in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming client referrals from our partners.
  • Collect, verify, and enter client information accurately into intake systems (e.g., Inflowcare, HHAeXchange)
  • Verify Medicaid eligibility through ePACES and assist with assessment scheduling.
  • Maintain intake documentation, authorizations, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, and referral sources.
  • Assist with onboarding HHAs/PCAs (applications, documentation, compliance).
  • Support recruitment efforts and schedule interviews.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role within the Home Care industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in ePACES, HHAeXchange, and Medicaid programs.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
