Dr. Stephen Martin is looking for highly motivated individuals with experience in the dental field that are looking to work in an environment where daily it will be proven that they are appreciated and that teamwork is the key to providing the ultimate positive patient experience. Located in Woodridge,IL in the Main Street Professional Building, Different Dental is right beside the IMAX Cinemark Theater in the Seven Bridges Community, providing excellent access and visibility to accomplish our mission, "To deliver excellent, patient-centered dental care by truly listening to our patients and a culture to support an exceptional team. Saving the world, one tooth at a time"

We are looking for a full time Front Desk Coordinator to fill an immediate need.

The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in creating the aforementioned exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in person and by phone
  • Managing patient scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Verify insurance benefits and explain estimates and patient responsibility accordingly
  • Collect co-pays and payments at time of service
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Effective communication with admin and clinical team to keep the day running smoothly

Requirements:

  • Prior dental front office experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to deal with and de-escalate patient conflict
  • Comfort with discussing patient insurance and finances
  • Organized, dependable, timely and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Curve, or similar. Training will be given on the practice's chosen software)
