Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of reconstruction projects
- Evaluate job scope, educate clients, and sell project solutions
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate and onboard subcontractors and resource providers
- Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, customers, and internal teams
- Review and negotiate scopes and estimates using Xactimate
- Ensure all required permits are secured and compliance is met
- Uphold quality standards, safety protocols, and exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reconstruction or restoration project management
- Strong understanding of insurance claims and construction lifecycle
- Proficient with Xactimate and skilled in writing detailed scopes
- Experience managing subcontractors and vendors
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- IICRC certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
- Must have valid driver's license and ability to pass background check and drug screening

Schedule
- Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Some travel required for project oversight; per diem provided for travel-related assignments.
Work Location
- On-site at various project locations across Saginaw, Bay City, and surrounding Michigan service areas.
