Position Summary:

• Receive and contact leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize creative strategies to market our properties and follow through on every lead.
• Provide excellent customer service and build a rapport with prospective residents.
• Coordinate access to properties.
• Work in conjunction with the Property Management team to meet the leasing goals.
• Be passionate and professional about helping people find their next home.
• This is a 1099 commission based position.

Qualifications:

• One-year minimum experience working in a property management environment, or two years minimum experience working in sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Sales and marketing experience.
• Must possesses a solid work ethic and be coachable.
• Complete and follow through with all required paperwork.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Job Type: Commission

Experience:

• Sales, marketing , and customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Property management: 1 year (Required)
