Quality Inspector

Ensures that our internal team and the supply chain companies continually develop their process in line with the customers' requirements and needs. This includes on-going supply chain company verification.

As a quality inspector, you will inspect raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure conformance to specification.

Duties/Key Responsibilities:

• Assure the inspection is performed in accordance with the customer's blue print and other applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Follow written instructions with engineering-based content.
• Train in inspection techniques, products, and equipment.
• Apply attention to detail for customer product features.
• Interface with peers, engineers, and regulatory auditors.
• Accurately record inspection results to ensure proper segregation and rejected products.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Contribute to continuous improvements activities.
• Perform and assist first off sample approvals.
• Help with training of quality awareness.

• Qualifications and Experience Levels:  

• Substantial experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience in working in Quality Assurance.
• Lean skills.
• Degree a plus but not necessary
