Office Assistant / Administrative Coordinator Dyer Remodeling – Marion, OH

Dyer Remodeling is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant/Admin to support our fast-paced general contracting office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while keeping communication clear and professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the team schedule

  • Handle professional communication via phone, text, and email

  • Perform minor accounting tasks and maintain accurate records

  • Provide administrative support and assist with project follow-ups

  • Utilize office software and technology confidently

  • Support day-to-day office operations in a busy contractor environment

Qualifications

  • 2-year degree OR 5+ years of experience in a similar administrative role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with common office technologies and tools
