IT Support Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Install, configure, service, and repair desktop/laptop computers and peripheral equipment.

• Support the installation and maintenance of software applications.

• Troubleshoot network equipment and assist in resolving connectivity issues.

• Assess employee information, network, and communication needs to recommend suitable IT solutions.

• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and deliver high-quality support.

• Maintain documentation of support activities and procedures.

Requirements:
Must-Haves

• Team-focused attitude with strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills.

• Associate's degree in a related field or Information Technology certifications (e.g., Microsoft, A+, Help Desk Institute, Dell).

• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience.

• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

• Occasionally lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
