Shift Supervisor / Ice Resurfacer Operator (Zamboni Driver)

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

Hatfield Ice is hiring a Full-Time Shift Supervisor / Ice Resurfacer Operator to support daily rink operations and ice quality. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities. No experience required — paid training provided.

Availability Required:

• Weeknights: 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM
• Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 5:30 AM – Evening

Applicants must be able to work these shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Operate ice resurfacing equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform basic maintenance on ice resurfacers
• Supervise and direct rink attendants during shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the facility
• Provide professional, friendly customer service
• Open and close the facility following security procedures
• Complete daily operational reports

Qualifications:

• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn ice resurfacing and rink operations
• Ability to remain professional in fast-paced or stressful situations
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (e.g., hockey nets)
