Role Description

This full-time, on-site position for a District Manager/General Manager is based in St. Louis, MO. The primary responsibilities include leading, managing, and developing restaurant teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet operational goals. The role involves monitoring financial performance, ensuring operational standards are met, managing staffing needs, addressing customer feedback, and implementing corporate strategies at the district level. The District Manager/General Manager will also work on building a strong team culture that aligns with the company's values and fosters growth and success.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills with experience in team management and development
• Proven skills in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue goals
• Strong operational knowledge in restaurant or retail management, with expertise in ensuring compliance and maintaining standards
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Experience in hospitality or food service management is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in St. Louis, MO and travel within the district
• Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required
