What You'll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll bring the LUMA Playbook to life every day by:

Engaging Prospective Residents
• Providing an exceptional tour experience
• Screening applicants using qualification standards
• Achieving a 33%+ conversion rate from prospect to resident

Delivering Outstanding Customer Service
• Maintaining a cheerful, professional demeanor
• Ensuring a polished personal and office presentation
• Creating an inviting and positive first impression

Supporting a Collaborative Team
• Sharing fresh ideas and contributing to team solutions
• Participating in resident events and retention programs
• Helping build a community that residents are proud to call home

Driving Leasing & Marketing Efforts
• Executing off-site and digital marketing activities
• Assisting in strategic marketing plans to attract new residents

Who You Are

You're outgoing, attentive, and passionate about helping people find their next home.

You'll thrive in this role if you:
• Have 1+ year of experience in leasing apartments
• Are an excellent communicator — bilingual is a plus
• Bring creativity, initiative, and strong follow-through
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
