Testing Program Director

Job Description

• Proven experience leading QA and automation initiatives in a technology-driven AI, fast paced environment
• Deep understanding of modern automation frameworks & Tools (Rest Assured, K6, Go Mock, Playwright, Accelq, XCUI, Expresso)
• Strong familiarity and knowledge with AI, Gen AI & Agentic QA and experience with GenAI test case generation tools and AI enabled automate testing process.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to influence the stakeholders and drive testing related business decisions
• Familiarity with Test Engineering & Quality Strategy Design, QA framework, Test Data Strategy, Synthetic data, Service Virtualization
• Knowledge of Devops, Cloud & Integration Testing
• Managing Enterprise Test Programs & Portfolio Management
• Retail business and domain knowledge
• Expertise in Risk, Compliance & Quality Controls
• Knowledge of Creating and managing the Dashboard and KPI
• Ability to run larger and complex enterprise testing programs

Roles & Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Leadership:

• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for enterprise QA and test AI automation engagements.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure alignment between the strategy, delivery and business outcomes.

Quality Engineering And Strategy

• Develop and drive the enterprise-level QA strategy, including test automation, AI based testing, performance engineering and quality practices
• Define quality frameworks leveraging Gen AI, Machine learning and intelligent automation
• Apply AI to optimize the test case generation, defect prediction and automation acceleration.

Delivery Management

• Oversee multiple delivery teams across functional, automation, performance, and AI testing streams.
• Lead risk management, issue resolution, status reporting and executive governance
• Reporting Analytics & Continuous Improvement.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 a Year
