Overview
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. Our office is upbeat, wellness-focused, and community-oriented. We take pride in delivering high-quality care while fostering a supportive, positive environment for both patients and staff.
This is a hybrid role: part patient care, part front desk superstar. You'll be greeting patients, assisting with therapies, managing schedules, processing payments, and helping keep the flow of the office smooth and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient communications, and phone calls.
- Process payments, handle basic insurance tasks, and manage administrative duties.
- Assist the chiropractor with therapies, exercises, and patient flow.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized office environment.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidential records.
- Provide patient education on care plans, exercises, and wellness practices.
- Be a positive, calming presence for patients—many come in experiencing pain or discomfort.
You're a great fit if you:
- Are personable, empathetic, and patient-focused.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and warmly—whether in person or over the phone.
- Can multitask, stay organized, and manage a busy front desk environment.
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Work well independently and collaboratively.
- Are interested in health, wellness, and helping others.
- Bonus if you have knowledge of health insurance or medical terminology (helpful, but not required).
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience required; healthcare or administrative experience preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with health insurance, medical terminology, or EMR systems is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the schedule consistently.
- Strong interpersonal skills—warm, professional, and helpful.
- Quick learner with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Our office is a place where patients come not only for relief but for ongoing wellness and community. We love creating an upbeat, supportive environment—for both our patients and our team. If that sounds like a place you'd thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
