Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed and highly skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, plan, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to patients with functional, mobility, or musculoskeletal limitations. The PT will work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to restore physical function, improve quality of life, and support patients in achieving optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, strengthening exercises, gait training, mobility therapy, balance training, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Assess and document patient progress, updating therapy plans as needed to ensure goal achievement.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, safety, and home-care routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OTs, STs, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in EMR systems.
• Ensure safe use of PT equipment and follow all facility and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in discharge planning and recommend appropriate assistive devices or follow-up therapy.
• Comply with Medicare, state, and federal regulations regarding therapy services.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist License (required).
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (required).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new grads may be considered depending on facility).
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, and rehabilitative therapy.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.
