Job Summary:

The Server is responsible for providing exceptional dining service to guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and warmly as they are seated.

Present menus, explain specials, and answer any questions about the menu or ingredients.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.

Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.

Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests quickly.

Clear plates, refill drinks, and maintain a clean and organized table throughout the meal.

Process guest payments accurately and return change or receipts as needed.

Collaborate with hosts, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally, escalating to a manager when necessary.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Uphold restaurant or brand standards for service and presentation
