Now Hiring: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Spring Park, MN

Pay: $30 per hour, paid weekly

Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:30 pm -9:30 pm

Employment Type: Full-time, Trial to Hire

About this Opportunity:

We have partnered with a leading manufacturer specializing in personal care and light-duty household cleaning products.

The client is seeking reliable, self-motivated, and efficient individuals who are ready to launch a new career.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues

• Install and adjust production equipment as needed

• Support production by minimizing downtime

• Maintain accurate maintenance records

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

What makes you a great fit:

• High school diploma or GED (required)

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience

• Strong skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

• The role requires skills in welding, fabrication, plumbing, and electrical work, along with the ability to work safely around heat, noise, gases, and chemicals.

• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in physically demanding environments
