Position Summary
Under supervision of the University Hospitals Authority & Trust (UHAT) Lead IT Systems Administrator, provides day-to-day
support to all UHAT IT systems, networks, computers, printers, phones, mobile devices, and software.

IT Certifications preferred
Desired Experience
4+ years in Information Technology
3+ years Microsoft 365 Entra ID, Intune, Security Administration
4+ Active Directory Administration
2+ JAMF Administration
Examples of Work Performed
- Oversees the facility mobile device management system – JAMF
- Manage users, groups and computers in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
- Providing IT assistance to staff and company employees.
- Assist with new employee onboarding (hardware setup, user accounts, IT training)
- Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
- Deploying new Mac OS and Windows computer setups, remove old equipment and install and upgrade
hardware and software applications
- Resolving equipment failures in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and support a diverse set of applications, ranging from email and office. suites to advanced
audio/video, multimedia, and other production tools
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems through support tickets in a
timely manner
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed
- Manage VoIP phone system
- Manage Printer Systems
- Administer servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, company
mobile phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches
- Implement and administer network security, evaluate IT network assets, and identify how to protect them
- Responsible for safeguarding and professional handling of all information stored on the network
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades, backups and recoveries on a regular basis

- Document IT infrastructure to current systems and processes and help develop future improvements

- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
- Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements

The position is an office-based position with regular visits to work sites on campus.
While performing the duties of this job, the colleague is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk or hear; uses
hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. On occasion, the colleague may be required to climb and
work in high places, stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. Position may also require work in confined spaces
and exposure to different types of outdoor weather conditions. Risk of electrical shock and/or general hazards
found in a construction environment are present.
